The Marshall V-R44DP-SDI is a rack mount set of four small high quality monitors designed for broadcast studios, machine rooms and edit facilities. Each 4″ LCD TFT display allows for a wide viewing angle both horizontally and vertically. The monitors have a single BNC input connector that feeds uncompressed digital standard definition signals. The compact frame will fit easily into any standard 19″ rack mount system, taking up only 3RUs of space.

3 Color Tally Light System

The quad monitor panel integrates a tally light system that displays tally status in 3 colors. The tally lights supply their own power via their dedicated 15-Pin connector.

Wide Viewing Angles

With the advance of TFT technologies in LCD design, the V-R44DP-SDI monitors have a wide viewing radius. The manufacturer states that the screens can be accurately seen from 130° horizontal and 120° vertical angles. The user also benefits from its rack mount that can be tilted upward and downward 100°. In addition to greater visibility, the tilting mechanism also gives access to the cabling behind the unit.

Dry-Erase Marking Area

Each screen has an area to mark data regarding the monitor’s output such as camera angel or program. A dry-erase marker is included with the unit for this purpose.
