Use the Nike + iPod Sport Kit from Apple to transform your nano or 2nd Gen touch into your personal fitness trainer. This kit includes a wireless sensor for use in your Nike+ shoe and and a receiver which plugs into the 30-pin connector of your nano. The touch (2nd gen) includes support for the sensor and needs no receiver. Once your sensor is in place, your iPod can be used to track your time, distance, pace and calories burned. Real-time spoken feedback can be used to track progression during your workout. Keep track of your workouts by transferring your workout data to iTunes and nikeplus.com for evaluating your performance history, setting goals or finding other participants for virtual races.
